how do i change my "content restriction" as an orginizer?

rinconescpa, only you as a user or your parents can change the privacy settings of an account, to do this you must go to the link: https://account.xbox.com/settings

In case yours is a minor account, it will not allow you to make any changes to the settings from your account, you will need to have an adult include your account in a family group from the link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli... and then that adult can make all the changes.

Note When you grant applications permissions on a limited console, they are saved only on that console. If you use multiple consoles, make sure you grant permissions to your applications on all of them.

You will have to adjust the family settings to allow purchases of premium content under privacy settings. Please try logging into Microsoft Family Safety using your Xbox account. This page should show whether your account is part of a family or not. If it is, you should have an option to leave the family group. However, If you don't, please Contact us | Xbox Support.
