  1. How do I change my billing currency

I have moved from Australia to New Zealand. I've updated my country, my billing address and changed my payment method to my new zealand PayPal. My games pass subscription is still charging in Aud$ not Nzd$ therefore I'm being charged a conversion fee. How do I get this changed?

    :)

How do I change my billing currency

Hi. My name is Brilliant and I am happy to assist you today.

You can try updating your billing information both online and on your console to see if it will resolve your issue.

You can also update your payment options:
    - Change the way you pay.
    - Add or update payment option.
    - Remove a payment option.

You can also try remove all your payment options the add the new one from scratch rather than updating. For more details on the above kindly visit: https://support.xbox.com/help/subsc...ayment options.,or edit payment options here.

I hope this helps resolve your query.

Thank you for your reply. All regions possible are set to Australia both in the Xbox console and in our account but it is still not working. It is just the game pass payment that won’t update. We had game pass in NZ then when we moved to Australia we let the subscription lapse, we upgraded to the new Xbox X and started it again but it still charges us NZ$ so not really sure what else we can do as there doesn’t seem to be anyone we can speak to at Xbox/microsoft.
