    How do I change my account from a child to an adult one?


    Recently with the Xbox App ive been finding that certain games are rated above the restrictions set on my account. Now I am not only older than 18 but my account has also been around for at least 18 years itself.

    How do I change this because there doesnt seem to be options for this anywhere in the settings

    How can I change the birthdate from child to adult?
    Unfortunately you can not change the birthday from a child to an adult, it must age into one. My best bet would try to recover the account waitedgoblin3 if possible, i know you don't know what account it is but you can at least try to do so.

    You are trying to change an adult account to a child account? While the age of the account is determined by the DOB on said account, we can change the privacy settings for this account to have child-like privileges.
    To do this, just navigate to Settings>Privacy & online safety>and make the appropriate changes their.
