How do I change Emails?

Hello,

I had two microsoft accoutns both were in Xbox Live Rewards.

I wanted to swap the emails between the accounts so I opted out fo the rewards program and changed the emails.

I even edited the billing info email but I still get Xbox Live Rewards emails for the other accoun even though it was officially removed.

please help, I just want emails for my own account.

How do I change?..

Both pics are the same on the Xbox One.

At the moment it will only change on the Xbox One,it wont change on your 360 & your forums gamercard doesn't recognize games played/gamercard from the Xbox One.

This is something that will no doubt be sorted out sometime but no one knows when.

Hey guys, i'm wanting to change my PUBLIC gamerpic. I can change just one Gamerpic on my Console/Smartglass.

My one on the forums and to most people is the State of Decay gamerpic which I changed on my 360 console.

I want to make my PUBLIC and PRIVATE gamerpic one from Xbox One.

Ideas?

Hi, sorry I responded with a direct message by mistake.

So I still get emails from XBLR for the account that use to have the email on my current account. The Gamertag in the XBLR emails is homebredWord403.

I have already edited the billing info email for that account and removed it from the XBLR program. I was still getting emails so I rejoined that account to XBLR and then removed it again to see if that would job it. So far it has not.

Do I need to leave and rejoin the program on the account I want to keep? I don't wanna lose my progress for nothing. So weird that I have the correct billing info emails for each account but I still receive emails for the other account.

Say, I didn't leave the program after I stitched the emails the first time, should I leave and rejoin? - would that reset the emails? I just don't know since I made sure the billing info email was the correct one?

We see that this account was opted out recently, and then re-enrolled into the program on March 17th, which is likely why you are continuing to receive communication for this account. Could you use the "Message" function on this post (next to the envelope
icon) to private message me the email address that you are receiving these emails to, so we can confirm that this is also your account? After confirming your identity, we can opt this account out of the program again, which should cease communications for
that gamertag.
