No, there isn't. However, you can recover it... go to the Xbox and try to accept the Terms of Use and it will be shown to you.

Hey there, If you can sign into xbox live algood just sit on the dashboard for a little while and next to your gamer picture (or at least on my dashboard) your gamer tag comes up and changes between that and your windows live i.d If that doesn't work go
to your account settings and i forgot where but theres a tab which has your windows live i.d in it with a bit of guess and check ypu should come across it
