How do I cancel Xbox live without having access to my account

Saturday night I tried to log into my Xbox account only to be met with a message saying it had been locked due to “suspicious activity” and requested a verification code from my mums old phone number in which she doesn’t have access to anymore.

I have filled out multiple account recovery forms only for them to be denied due to lack of information even though I provided as much as possible.

Obviously this is devastating news as not only is my entire childhood on that account but I’m not sure if it will continue to charge my for my Xbox live subscription, I have tried to cancel it but haven’t been able to due to lack of access to my account.

Could anyone provide some information on if it will still charge me and if so how to cancel it, or preferably to get my account back

Unfortunately, not having access to the mobile number prevents Microsoft from verifying ownership of your account, so filling out that form is currently, to the best of my knowledge, the only way to unlock your account.

As for the subscription, there are no official details, but simply blocking the payment method should suspend it.

Doing some research, I found this page that I hope can be helpful to you in filling out the form. I want to remind you that there isn't a specific indication preventing you from doing it daily.

You can always try contacting official support, but I believe they will refer you back to the form.

Why are Microsoft unable to send recovery details to the email address associated with the account?

Also if it can’t be recovered how do I cancel the Xbox Live subscription because I can’t cancel it via the Xbox or accessing the account

I can’t acces my old account and email and I’m now paying for something I can’t use

The only way to cancel it from Xbox's end would be to have access to the account.

If you cannot access the account then the only other way to stop the charges would be to have your bank block any future charges.

I can't access the account page on my xbox because I am not connected to xbox live. I do not know the password to my old email account. I don't know how I am going to change my gamertag to the account I want without being able to access the account page.
