my problem is that it was only an email made for this account so I didn't use it any where else and apologies thought it was staff on these. I have a similar idea to what the email is but i just cant remember the full thing

In regard to your account recovery I just want to clarify do you mean you have forgotten the email address linked to your Microsoft account where the subscription is active, is that correct?

If you can't gain access the account to manage the subscription, then the only other option is to have the banking institution cancel the card and block the Microsoft transaction. Unfortunately, that is your only option if you cannot access the account.

Hello again, even to cancel the subscription you will need access to the account, if you can not access again, the ideal would be to cancel your credit card with your financial entity.
