    My console was unenrolled for the preview program

    This morning my consoles enrollment of 2.5 years in the xbox preview program was
    accidentally cancelled. My console is currently in the process of being unenrolled from all previews. How do I cancel this process?

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.
    2. On the main landing page, select Settings.
    3. Select Manage devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.
    4. Select Done.

    I'm sorry to hear you've experienced issues. You should be able to elect to disenroll your Xbox One console from the Insider Hub App. If you aren't able to figure it out, you can head over to the

    Preview Program forums     and ask them to remove you from the program.

    Hopefully that all gets you back online with fewer issues. :)
