How do i cancel the 10 hour free trial?

- Did you buy the Standard Edition or the Ultimate Edition?

Please be guided by the release date depending on the Edition of the game you purchased.

• EA FC 24 enters early access starting September 22nd, local midnight time. This includes the release of the Ultimate Edition as well as when the EA Play trial can be accessed.
  
• The standard edition releases September 29th at local midnight time.

Here are some troubleshooting that we can try to fix the issue:

- Make sure you have downloaded and installed the full game, not just the trial version. You can check this by going to your game library and looking for the game icon. If it has a "trial" label on it, you need to uninstall it and download the full game from the store.

- Restart your device and launch the game again. Sometimes, a simple reboot can refresh your license and restore your access to the full game.

- Check your payment method and billing information. If there was an error or a delay in processing your payment for the full game, you might not have received the confirmation email or the activation code. Because that "free trial" isn't a demo....is the 10 hour trial from EA Access.

The fine print says

Free streaming limited to 10 hours/month after 6 months; unlimited with paid subscription. Internet required; ISP fees apply. Free streaming limited to 10 hours/month after 6 months; unlimited with paid Xbox Music Pass subscription. Xbox Music Pass 30 day
trial continues to a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled. Credit card required. Limit 1 per person; prior Zune Pass trial users not eligible

Trials do not stack. If you added all 5 trials on Wednesday you would still only have had 48 hours of free time, not 10 days.
