How Do I cancel security info update without email

I'm sorry you're having this issue, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying not being able to access it can be. Situations where our email account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are really involved are a little more delicate.

Unfortunately, for security propurses this is not possible. To cancel an account security information change, you must have the old information that will be replaced in order to confirm your identity by sending the code. This is by design.

May I know why you cancelled the security info update?

Usually the process ends after a month, you always are notified when your security info is updated

How does he cancel all your security request updates? I also don't believe it takes 30 days to update.

If it's the same email and password you use on all those accounts the first thing you need to do is SECURE THE EMAIL ACCOUNT
change the password and the recovery info there. Turn on 2 Factor Authentication. (Do this on all accounts). This will stop him from getting back in (MAKE SURE YOU TELL IT TO LOG OUT ALL CONNECTED DEVICES).

If you're still able to get in to the Xbox account log in and change the password and update any security info, again enable 2 Factor Authentication, again log out all connections, this will force him to try and reconnect.

You will want to do the same steps on all your accounts.

Never share your info with anyone.

This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 6/18/2025 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.

On 5/19/2025 you requested that your security info be replaced.
