How do I cancel my Xbox Account?

cant stand this ngo guy.... but yea I feel ya BA. I just had my first run in with Microsoft scams, and quickly learned that both my roommates have had the same issue. It's like doing business with a politician.

I went on the page you adviced.... i cant cancel my account because there is a pre-paid service on it.... hahahah, all i want to do is cancel the pre-paid service but theres no-way i can do it without canceling my account... read my first post, theres nothing
a mod can tell me what ive not already tried.....so ive resorted into cancel my whole xbox account and now i cant do that........... iam furious with this man, its ridiculous.... all you have to do to buy something on xbox is type in your credit details, why
you/weve gotta go through all this just to cancel something is unbelievable

If xbox made it just as easy to delete my account than it is creating one and adding a credit card, i eouldnt be having this problem.... but no!!!!! that might mean there'll lose money.......

IVE BEEN ON XBOX FOR YEARS, SPENT HUNDREDS OF POUNDS ON DLC/FILMS/FULL GAMES... THE ONLY WAY I CAN DELETE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS IS BY CANCELING MY ACCOUNT... microsoft is an absolute joke

Your brother could just buy xbl with your credit card so just take the credit card off by calling.
