    Hi

    If you can't see an option to cancel under https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    then you will need to contact Xbox Support here: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us choosing Account in Step 1 and the Other in the next step for the chat option to appear.

    They should be able to help you cancel the preorder.

    I haven't pre-ordered, and may wait till after launch. Nothing to do with the drm thing or anything else. I just want to see how well everything works.
