In the field where they ask you what item you want a refund for, write the full name of the subscription. You can find the order number for the purchase on the following website:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

After you fill out the information on the form and submit it, you will receive confirmation and refund tracking emails within 72 hours, which will include instructions on how to track the status of the request.

On the other hand, if you only want to turn off auto-renewal, you can do it from the services and subscriptions website:

In the subscription you want to cancel auto-renewal for, select "Manage" and then "Turn off recurring billing."
