How do I cancel Game Pass Subscription without paying it? I´m not in USA

Hello, I´m trying to cancel a Game Pass subscription but doesn´t give the option to cancel it, it only says Pay now or Redeem a card or code, The status is suspended since january. I used the virtual support but it only tells me to click on cancel, went to a link provided for it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSejKMNGXrI) and it says that the bill needs to be paid before canceling it.

According to some comments on that video, I need to request a call and ask for the subscription to be stopped, went I try to request a call this option is not available. Tried to ask for assistance to a professional Xbox player, and told me that the subscription will be removed by itself, automatically, in a few weeks, but I´ve been notify I need to pay the last two months by e-mail, January and February (I started subscription on December), and it haven´t gone yet.

I have never paid any amount yet, I started the subscription with a code on a gift card.

Yeh the bill has to be paid

You are 21 days into.the membership plus whatever amount of days since you were suspenddd

Suspension for payment option occurs on the 21st day after the renewal

After you pay you can try and ask for a refund however you are 21 days in and the normal proccess says no refunds for 1month memberships only way bis.to call for an exception

For.the refund but you do have to settle the outstanding balance

Since you don't live in the US it can take upto 30days. Depending on where you are in the world this is normal as banks do batch transactions not immediate

You really shouldve handled it before renewal

Well.no it wont be a few weeks and are you really willing to not use your account during 3-6months before you default?

It makes it harder to add payment option and pretty much bans your payment method you used

Yes it does default but it takes months not weeks

And to.make future purchases you have to call support to add any payment method

This is.the price you pay for ignoring your responiciblitirs just like credit there is always a cost
