How do I cancel an unknown subscription on a Xbox I no longer own.

If you're referring to EA Play, here's how you could cancel it:

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Choose Services & subscriptions.

Choose Manage next to your EA Play membership.

Cancel your membership.

The transaction is from Minecraft and the name of the merchant is Mojang. Unfortunately it's not listed on my Microsoft account so I don't know how to cancel it.

If I may ask, what is the subscription description?

Also, have you subscribed to any subscriptions in the past? It can be from a recurring subscription, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

I no longer would like the Ultimate pass. Would like to cancel the subscription but not sure how to do so. Thanks.
