    I'm trying to get a hold of an agent from Microsoft, but when I attempt to call 18776967786 I get the Microsoft ai. I make a mistake on asking for help and it refers me back to an website that I just came from early on. I got a person by text but they said to contact them thru the phone to finish up an problem that I have. But the ai turn around and repeat the same internet website. Even after 15 mins I try to call in and it says the same thing and hang up.what am I doing wrong???
