How do I buy Mass Effect 2 Overlord?

For the better part of an hour I have been trying to buy Overlord for Mass effect 2 on Xbox One Backwards compatibility. None of the dlc was on the xbox one marketplace so I had to buy them through Cerberus network in the games menu, all the dlc worked fine,
until overlord which gave me error code 80153016 when I hit confirm purchase. So since that didn't work I tried buying it off the xbox marketplace on my phone and PC, that still didn't work so I dusted off my 360 from the closet and tried buying it off of
that...error code 80153016. I looked up the error code on xbox support I followed the instructions given and tried again 3 times still getting the same error. Finally I called support and went through the whole process again for them to say that "this game
is not compatible with xbox one" hang up on me and not call back. The game is compatible I just re bought it on Xbox one and ran the game on xbox one. Anyone have any idea what the heck is going on?

That's the thing I just purchased all the other dlc. Everything but Overlord was there.

If i remember correctly, ME2 is back compat, so if you go into the Microsoft store on Xbox one, you should be able to buy it there. If not, then it is no longer listed.

Microsoft lost the licence to sell some of the Mass Effect 2 dlc,including the Overlord dlc so there is no way to buy it. For whatever reason they never took it of the marketplace though.
