Hello.

How do I buy or pre-order games in Latvia?

Xbox dont have such region, so i tooked Russia and system language russian. Because its my native language.

Now I see, that in store when pressing Games tab, there is no additional tab with section "Comming soon", "Offers" and etc. Even if I change region.

Unfortunately since you live in a region that is not supported, there is no digital store in your area. You would have to try purchasing games on discs.

One more qustion. Ok, Russian region is blocked at the moment. But why I also see in store that all purchases are blocked in Russia, even if I have changed region ob my xbox? But system language is russian.

This massage dissapears only when I change system language for example to english.

Store are banned by system language (russian) as well?

But this is twondifferent things Region and language.
