How do i block adult content on bing app?

Unfortunately nope, right now there is no way to block specific apps with your Xbox PIN

You can try the xbox mobile app, but i would check your settings first and nothing is blocked and it allows adult. I do know that its been backed up due to a surge of requests.. if your account does allow adult content etc and your still having the issue
of changing your profile picture i would have patience and keep trying every once in awhile.

First of all: Make sure that your kids do have their own child account, and that they are NOT using your adult account (as this can't be restricted). Open DNS does not do any filtering, which is a good thing. So no, nothing will be blocked.

This isn't exactly true.

If you sign-up for an account and add your networks IP to it, you can set-up content filtering. They also have an app for dynamic IP addresses.

If they are trying to block adult sites, I suspect this is what they have done and may need to check their settings are not too strict.
