How do I become a Moderator that stops cheaters and hackers?

That would be a member of the enforcement team. As with any job, you would check to see if Microsoft has any job openings, submit a resume, interview, etc.

Why do I highly doubt this...What is to stop cheaters or possibly hackers/modders nothing?.

Forget COD, everybody knows that COD has no loyaltiy to the players they just want to take your $. MS needs to banned COD they have made their games online breeding grounds for hacks/cheats. MS lack of responsibility to stop hackers/cheaters online is why
players are leaving maybe never to return. The hackers/cheaters are using the Xbox console(s) and other resources to cheat/hack, therefore MS needs to step in.

These forums also need some real moderators as well.

MS and XBL are you breeders of hackers/cheats like COD?
