Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Is your Minecraft updated? Please try to follow the steps below:

1. Select System Settings from the HOME Menu.
2. Scroll down the options on the left and select System.
3. Select Date and Time on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Press A on Synchronize Clock via Internet.

After this, try to sign in your Microsoft account again on Minecraft and check if you will get the same error on Realms.
