How do I ask to cancel an order made on Xbox?

You will have to request a refund about this through the official refund form. To request a refund, please access Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support and select "Why don’t I see my purchase in the list?" and follow the instructions provided. Just make sure to type in the order number correctly, and then choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

The problem is that there is no order number.

It lists only the money I put into the account but none of the orders made with that money.

made a re-purchase but the same problem, order number [Mod Removed], i ask to cancel both orders and return the funds

If you have owned a game for less than 2 weeks, and have played it for less than 2 hours, then everything should process fine. Anything over the specified details and you will not be eligible.

Someone will be able to have a look and arrange a refund if applicable. It is down to the team's discretion whether this happens or not. Normally refunds are processed back to the original form of payment and will take up to 28 days to appear in your account.

You can go to your Microsoft account and click on history for purchases and then cancel purchase.
