How do i appeal my Xbox Ambasasador suspension.

Hello.

I have been removed from the Xbox Ambassador's Program For:

Unacceptable behavior in Ambassador social spaces (i.e. Discord, X)

Unbecoming behavior in the Official Xbox Forums

Patterns of cheating in the program on this account and/or ban evasion

Violating the Xbox Ambassadors Program Principles

Now i have not acted or said anything that would Violate the community Guidlines.

I also have not been in the Official Xbox Forums nor do i even know how to.

And the thought of me cheating is hilariuos. One i do not even know how to cheat bc i made it to where i only know how to get good with stuff in game. Yea i bought a few Thing's in red dead like gold bars. And i bought shark cards in gta, a few things in APB which was a mistake bc it is getting shut down. i even bought me a ship and clothes in star trek online and even a few things for me and one other in sea of theives. But if you are able to buy things then how is that cheating? second my wifi is slow at times and i glitch a bit and others who fought me in battle swore up and down i cheat but i do not. So how do i cheat? This is unacceptable to be removed for something i did not do at all.

So i would like to know how to appeal this and get back into the Xbox Ambassador's program which i worked so hard for for years?

To clarify the above, if you received a suspension after joining the program, you would not be eligible to rejoin.

However, there was recently a bug with the background check system for the program. One of the requirements to join is that you cannot have had an enforcement action within 1 year of joining. If had a suspension less than 1 year before joining the program, you will be allowed to rejoin after it has been 1 year from that suspension (assuming you don't get any more between now and then) since the bot mistakenly let you in early. You will need to email staff at that time to rejoin.

I’m afraid to say, but If you were banned from the program by staff, you would not be eligible to rejoin.

However, you can try to email the Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces)

Check out the link above, sign in on the account suspended, and file a case review.

Enforcement does not have a chat support or phone support besides this, and are the only department able to assist you with this.

Buying/selling/trading of any kind is not allowed in LFG posts,even for in game currency.

As it's a 2 day suspension you wont be eligible for a case review so will just have to wait it out.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Unfortunately Xbox support cannot help you remove a sanction, as they do not have access to the Enforcement system, the Enforcement team cannot be contacted and the only way to appeal your sanction is through the following website

Keep in mind that not all sanctions are appealable, it is necessary to log in to the website to identify if the system allows you to submit an appeal.
