    How do I appeal my ban?


    How do I appeal my ban? I have no strikes and it won’t let me appeal it.

    Like 2 years ago my friends decided to report me for harassment as a joke and Xbox thought they were being real and ‘permanently’ banned me.

    Because it is deemed a permanent ban, it won’t let me appeal the ban and let me explain the situation and story, and how i didn’t do anything.

    Does anyone know what I should do?

    How do I appeal my ban?

    You would have had to submit an appeal at the time the ban was issued. The enforcement team will not review any ban over 12 months old. Since it's been 2 years, there is nothing that can be done.

    While certain states have made the use of marijuana legal, it is still a controlled substance according to federal law. The US government still considers it to be illegal. Hopefully this will change someday soon but for now, it is an illegal drug.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and see if you can submit a case review. Keep in mind that even though it is legal in some places, it is not legal in all places.
    So it can still violate the code of conduct.

So appearantly they check your dms with your girlfriend or boyrfriend now? Crazy got perma banned asked for an appeal got denied i was wondering if u can help me pls i just bought this xbox and this is an old acc of mines man please
