    How do i appeal a denied refund??


    I bought a digital game 30/07/2023, downloaded it and played it for less than an hour to realise it was not working correctly. Kept lagging out and crashing to the desktop. I asked for a refund with less than an hour playtime and less than a day downloaded and it was rejected becaus eit didnt meet the elegibility requirements (Which is rubbis as i have had refunds far behindthe requirements before).

    I havent received an email about the rejection, just a response on the account.

    I cant talk to anyone it just keeps referrign me to the request a refund page which is useless at this point. Its £30, i dont feel like just handing £30 away for the good of my health.

    Any assistance appreciated.

    That would be great and you're welcome. You should receive an email by now as well when you submitted the request.

    Thank you for the reply.

    No, thats the issue. I dont have any emails from anyone regarding the refund request. I have checked the Junk/Spam and all other inbox sections and theres nothing for the request or denial.

    So i cannot speak to the refund team.
