    How do I appeal a console ban if my account is not banned?


    I shared an XBOX One with a few friends, and somewhere along the line someone did something that ended up getting the console banned.

    The issue is that this is a shared console, so everyone else is impacted by not being able to use the network at all, which pretty much makes it a useless waste of money. I can't appeal the ban, because it has nothing to do with my account. So, I've got no way of contacting the enforcement team.

    What do I do?

    How to contact someone to get Xbox banned lifted

    I was informed with this already and it’s not really useful.

    How is there a whole department no one is able to contact and also if something is done it can be undone otherwise why have an appeal process?
    The appeal process is for account bans/suspensions and not for console bans.

    Console bans are only given for the worst/repeated offenses and arent given out lightly. As such they arent eligible for appeal. You typically have to do a lot to be given a console ban.

So appearantly they check your dms with your girlfriend or boyrfriend now? Crazy got perma banned asked for an appeal got denied i was wondering if u can help me pls i just bought this xbox and this is an old acc of mines man please

    Console bans cannot be appealed or reversed.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
