How do I allow multiplayer games in Minecraft on this account

Hello,How do I allow multiplayer in minecraft and we are using the same version of the game please help

I downloaded the Xbox family app for my son and turn on allow multiplayer for him, but he still is not able to play multiplayer minecraft. Can anyone help?

If your children's accounts are in a family group, you need to log in with your Administrator account and select their profile.

Click on "Online Security of Xbox and Windows 10 devices"

Change Allow to the following options:

"You can join cross-network play"

"You can create and join clubs"

"You can join multiplayer games"

"You can upload screenshots to Xbox"

"You can add friends and follow others"

Then click Submit and see if the problem persists.

Are you sure your Minecraft world settings do allow for multiplayer? I don't know what the default settings are, but maybe these do not allow for multiplayer?
