    how do i actually speak to a real person


    my main xbox acc got perma banned last friday and since then ive not been given a reason as to why and every link i click takes me to tue same place its an endless cycle i cant even get a phone call cause there a problems on Microsofts end how convenient ive had that account for more than 10 years so much tome and money wasted its and absolute joke how Microsoft have made it this far woth the way they treat their customers is a mystery

    As mentioned in your original thread, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and that is the only way to contact them.
