    How do I actually speak to a real person concerning a microsoft account?


    I’m here because Microsoft has the worlds worst customer service, a week I have been trying to get in touch with someone but it is impossible. I have been hacked and locked out of my account and need to contact someone immediately. The account has multiple billing details on it and so much paid content. Not only have I been locked out of my Xbox account but also my one drive with all my work files and all my Microsoft apps aren’t working. I need help asap!

    As mentioned in your original thread, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and that is the only way to contact them.
