Good afternoon. I have the following problem. I bought yesterday XBOX ONE S, along with the game was the code to download the game forza horizon 3. I created an account, went to the store, clicked to redeem the code, entered a 25-digit code. And then the error appeared on the screen. "An error occurred, try again later." In general I tried 20 times, not what was not happening, still there was a mistake. How do I activate the game?

You have to use in game credits to buy the cars one you've downloaded them.

I purchased some cars for Forza Horizon and see them in the marketplace in the game as purchsed but they are not in my garage.

If this is the name your game bundle, you need to enter that code into a website and choose your game, then you will receive the code for the game you choose via email.

The retailer has to activate the code for you.They should of done this when you bought it.

This is a security precaution.You would need to contact the retailer you bought it from & make sure you have the receipt with you as proof of purchase.

You will need to take it back, with proof of purchase and get the retailer to activate the code. Support can not activate codes purchased from 3rd party retailers.
