How do I access Vietnam?

I just bought all the BF:BC2 dlcs and I was wondering how do I access the Vietnam expansion?

How do I access my money?

I see it! But I don't see any way I can use it, when I look at games on demand on my xbox it says I don't have any money to spend.

 

How Do I Access Coyote Canyon?

I purchased the full game and it's supposed to come with the Coyote Canyon course, however I don't seen it anywhere in game. Looking at online videos, it looks like a fun course and I'd really like to try it.

I went to the Xbox store thinking it might be a separate download but there is nothing listed there for Coyote Canyon. I even went into "manage game" because sometimes DLC doesn't automatically download and install and it shows it sitting there waiting
to install. However, it isn't listed there either.

Any advice?

 

It should show up in the main menu, as a separate tab. However, there is a problem where, even after downloading the DLC the tabs are not showing up.

 

In-game store has NAM. I know old days they said to never buy from the Xbox live marketplace. Said it would glitch and ask for more money. lol Unless that was for BF3? I remember reading that back in the day.
