How do I access the Diablo IV Beta and is it still available?

I have been trying to play the Diablo IV beta for about two hours, it said it was unavailable on the Microsoft Store through my console, but it let me download it from my phone on the xbox app. Then it said I didn’t own it even though it’s free, now it’s not appearing on the store at all after I uninstalled and am currently reinstalling. What do I do to play this FREE Beta or am I just unable to? It’s marketed to end tomorrow.

I am afraid that it's our best option for now. There may be changes on the server-side which we do not have control over it. Technically, you should be able to access open beta without pre-ordering the game but since we run into some problem, best option is to pre-order it. Nothing to worry because you won't get charged for the pre-order. We generally get charged 10 days before the game's release date. You can cancel it anytime.

I don’t want to pre-order it yet. I was going to play the FREE Open Beta to find out if I even wanted to buy it. Any other options?

Also is says it’s no currently available even though it’s marketed as being open until the 27th.

I have downloaded it twice, both times it has given me error code (0x803f8001), and asked if I owned the game. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, all of my friends that started downloading there’s after me have been able to play it.

Once you successfully pre-ordered it, try downloading or accessing the game again. Be sure to restart your console.
