How do i access my old cloud saves, the ones before the current one, or even old console...

if you loaded an old cloud save by mistake then you are out of luck as that will have overwritten the local save and synced up, the new save will most likely be gone.

The old save could either overwrite your current save or else has been overwritten by the new saves. As explained by Tezzarrific and Scott Bull.

As per your reply, you are trying to redeem old cloud save from the same console. If your console is currently synced or connected to the network, then that old cloud saves for the game that you are trying to access could have been changed.

However, if you were asking for a possibility where cloud game saves can be access by date you last save, or it was sync. We think that would be brilliant and we welcome ideas please send your suggestion to Team Xbox. Please use this link: Xbox Support.

I dont need one from an old console, i need the old cloud save from the same console.

Unfortunately, cloud saves overwrite themselves, as I've found out to my cost.

We understand that you would like to access your game data for Minecraft from your previous console. There could be limited to game data back up by your devices and for that you can try the following steps:

If the console you have had previously is an Xbox 360, then that console should be working to transfer the move the saved games and contents. If the Xbox 360 console is no longer working, you will not be able to transfer the game and the content.

1. From Xbox Home, go to Settings, and then select System.
   
2. Select Storage.
   
3. Select the storage device that contains the content you want to copy, move, or delete:
   
   • Hard Drive: Your console’s hard drive.
     
   • Cloud Saved Games: Storage space on our Xbox Live servers.
     
   • USB Storage Device: A USB storage device, such as a USB flash drive plugged into your console.
     
   • Memory Unit: A memory unit plugged into your original Xbox 360 console.
     
4. Select the type of content that you want to copy, move, or delete:
   
   • Games and Apps (It's okay to copy and move saved games from one Xbox 360 console to another. You don't have to repurchase the game or reload it onto your second console.)

5. Within the content type that you selected, click to select the item that you want to copy, move, or delete.
   
6. Select Copy, Move, or Delete.
   
   • If you're copying or moving content: Select the storage device that you want to copy or move the item or items to. (After you've copied or moved the content from your console to a storage device, it's okay to repeat this step but instead select Delete to delete the content.)
     
   • If you're deleting content: Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Otherwise, please refer to the steps from Minecraft Support team. They have a support article about game storage in Minecraft that will help you manage cloud saves for Minecraft. As Xbox One and Series consoles connected to the internet the games saves are automatically backed up onto the cloud.

To download a cloud save onto your Xbox One or Series console, follow these steps:

1. Press the Home button on your Xbox controller.
   
2. Navigate to the My games & apps option.
   
3. Select See all.
   
4. Navigate to either Minecraft, Minecraft Dungeons, or Minecraft Legends in your games list.
   
5. Press the Select button to open the Manage game menu.
   
6. Scroll to the Saved data option.
   
7. Select your profile and choose Delete from console to delete your local save.
   
8. Launch Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, Minecraft Legends, or Minecraft Dungeons and your Xbox will sync with the cloud, downloading the latest version of your save.
