How do I access my Minecraft account??

So I fell for a discord bot RAT scam, where I was misled into allowing access for the hacker to change the alias and password of my Microsoft account. (This was because the scan involved a webhook that was misled me into thinking that I was authorising a legitimate source to verify my Minecraft account.

I need help recovering my Microsoft account as that will in turn help me recover my Minecraft account.

I know the hacker has changed the alias and password of my Microsoft account, but also has removed all possible other ways for me to log into the account. It's fully in his possession, but I hope that Microsoft can revert the log-in credentials in order for me to regain access to the account.

Update: I don't know why, I don't know how, but for some bizzare reason that I couldn't WISH to explain I somehow logged into the Minecraft launcher with my microsoft account WITHOUT KNOWING ANY CREDENTIALS AT ALL!!!

I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENED

I now have access to my Minecraft (NOT Microsoft) account without knowing the email or the password.
What do I do now???
