How do I access my business OneDrive on an xBox one?

As I wrote, I tried that, but it just created a new personal account with the same business email that shadowed the business account instead of actually logging in to the business account (the business account does not authenticate with a password, which
is probably the problem)

Okay so wherever the OneDrive content you're trying to access is by default already a Microsoft account. You would need to sign into your Xbox One with that Microsoft account email and password which would create a new gamertag for you. That gamertag would
be the Xbox profile that would be linked to your business OneDrive. So then you would launch the OneDrive app from the new gamertag and it should sync all of your OneDrive content.

I would recommend you try the steps in this support article on all consoles involved:

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console. If that doesn't work I'd see about contacting the Developer of the game you're having trouble with if it is only that game that is being affected.

Find and select a video that you have saved to your console. Do you have an option to upload it to OneDrive?

Sorry for the wait response. I’m not able to access my console at the moment but if i do get that option, how am i able to access it from my pc? After it uploads to onedrive

...if you want to save stuff to a specific location on a cloud you could link a OneDrive account and access your files anywhere you wanted to.

Onedrive for Xbox

The Xbox One stores savegames in an user-inaccessible cloud. You can't access your savegames with OneDrive.

The OneDrive app only allows you to access your own existing OneDrive cloud storage, where you can upload pictures, documents and the likes.

With the OneDrive App for Xbox, you can watch your photos and videos you uploaded to OneDrive, buy you can NOT manage your savegames with that!
