    How do I access add-on packs for Elder Scrolls Online?


    I redeemed an add-on pack for Elder Scrolls Online from the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perk list. It shows that I successfully redeemed it, and it shows up in my files under the manage game and add-ons tab. However, the add-on does not show up in game at all.

    I tried turning it off and on again, I've refreshed the game list, I've tried to "re-redeem" the add-on perk in case it didn't go through, and nothing seems to work. Google hasn't brought up anything, and I cannot find any evidence of the add-on existing in game.

    Overall, my question is: How do I access my Ultimate Game Pass perk in game?

    I just want to confirm, did you redeemed the "Dragon Slayer Bundle #2" perk for The elder scrolls?

    Denaz, I did all of that, but you see Microsoft even told me my copy of Elder Scrolls online was suppose to get the add on Explorer's Pack with it, but it never installed and when I go to it it says bundle only.
