How do fix e100 error code?

I already tried to reset console did not work, tried offline update dit not work. I had the hard drive replaced with a new one did not work. There is no damage visable on the board, hard drive, wires, or the connectors. Please help.

George, can you tell me if your console is part of Insider?

If so, really no way to update will work because your version is above the OSU1 available for download from the site.

Try exiting the insider program to see if your console will update automatically

Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.

On the main landing page, select Settings.

Select Manage Devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.

Select Done.

The xbox has no data on it, no accounts, no games and no apps doesn,t that mean that it is removed from the insider, if not is there a way i can remove it without the accounts that was on it, because the original owner does not have acces to his anymore.

I'm sorry but in this situation it will not be possible to withdraw.

What you can do is send your console to Microsoft for repair.

That way they pull out of the insider and get their console back.

Enter the link, register the console.

After, click on it, go to 'online service'. In the category put hardware and drivers and fill in the form with your data.
