How disappointing can it get?

Bought an xbox series s and two controllers to play some diablo 4 and pass some time with a friend that has gone through a really hard time. He couldnt wait, his best friend was coming over to play some games, hang out, order pizza.

Im so disappointed in Microsoft that I have no words. We ended up spending 5 hours to try to figure out why one of the controllers had drift in the left joystick. Its was impossible to play. Its was impossible to fix it. The product was defect from the get go. And you know what? I dont care about warranty and that I can get a new one. You buy a premium product, and is defect out of the box? And the customer ends up spending the entire evening trying to fix Microsofts broken product. I have had more than enough. I will never purchase another Microsoft product and tell everyone I know personally to never touch a Microsoft product, specially the Xbox, ever.

Thanks for nothing Microsoft. What a horrible company it has becomes. Patethic.

You'll find that Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo all purchase their analog sticks from the exact same supplier

Well I'm not sure where they save the money to make the profit, or if it's just a part of a huge scam to lure customers to buy new controllers. I already canceled my microsoft xbox accunt and put the xbox + 1 controller for sale. The other controller is obviously defect from the beginning. Cba to send it in and get a replacement. Its unforgiveable really. Such a disappointment.. wow.

i have had account hacked today playing f1 2015 by s,one in iceland then i get suspended ? how can this go microsoft,very disappointed after spending £500 !!!

How about xbox video for window 8? I keep hitting restore and I get nothing. This is so disappointing.
