How did my memory storage get full after the Gold membership update?

Are you using the Xbox console? Which model?

Make sure to free up your storage and remove leftover add-ons or shrinkable games.

Yea My husband's x-box did the same thing I just moved his profile from his old storage memory card to the hard drive because it was full, when I did that it stop doing it. If there is no memory in the storage area it will boot you off. Don't know if that
will help everyone it is doing that to but that's what worked when his did it.

Gold Family Pack discounts and membership extensions

If you currently have an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership, you will get a discount on your Gold Family Pack membership based on how many months remain on your existing Gold Membership.

The discount varies by region, and is calculated by first taking the price of an Xbox LIVE Gold 12-month membership divided by 12 months (Gold monthly rate). The Gold Family Pack discount that you receive is the Gold monthly rate, multiplied by the number of
months left on your existing Gold membership (rounded up to the next full month), then subtracted from your purchase price.



Note Your Gold Family Pack membership starts on date of your purchase. Your credit card is charged immediately, after any discounts are applied.

How long ago did you purchase the Gold membership?



Try clearing the system cache (go to System, Storage, select the hard drive and press Y. Then Clear System Cache.



This will reset the system and load the Gold Live membership.

I believe your membership will come as a code to your email. Also, your gold membership can stack up, so if you did use it now, you would still get a full month of gold membership.
