    How did i get banned while i was banned


    so i got a 4 day ban and two days into it i got another ban for 15 days. how can this be possible since my message and comms got taken away. there is no details. Xbox doesnt even try to give you answers ive contacted everybody and all they say is send a appeal. i sent a appeal and its still under review

    Since investigations can take time, suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place. So both suspensions could be for things that took place days or weeks before.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately no one in the forums can respond to enforcement actions on accounts and the Enforcement Team does not use the forums.

    To get more info you will have to go through the case review process at
    enforcement.xbox.com     if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.

    Remember investigations take time so the suspension could have been for something that happened weeks or months ago.

    Also note that naming and shaming in the forums is not permitted.

    I told the same thing to customer service and Paolo F... ensured me that the forums were for the people who could not get a case review.
