For information about your suspension, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

As long as you reported th other player, the enforcement team will investigate them. Even if they haven't been suspended yet, it doesn't mean they won't be.

Unfortunately no one in the forums can respond to enforcement actions on accounts and the Enforcement Team does not use the forums.

To get more info you will have to go through the case review process at
enforcement.xbox.com if the suspension is longer than 24 hours.

Remember investigations take time so the suspension could have been for something that happened weeks or months ago.

Also note that naming and shaming in the forums is not permitted.

I told the same thing to customer service and Paolo F... ensured me that the forums were for the people who could not get a case review.

I don’t understand how someone has the ability to just report someone else for nothing at all and they have to deal with the multiple day ban which has no way of appealing. He even messages me “enjoy the ban”

As your suspension last 48 hours, is not possible to undo or appeal to it, because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket
