There is very little you can do to recover an email address.

As from what I can see, my accounts have not been deleted,, i can't access any of the microsoft accounts that they use sense i don't have the information for them or i can't get a submission form reply. I checked the list of my xbox friends and found both accounts. The last time i logged into them was before 2018 i'm pretty sure

As a fellow gamer, I understand where you are coming from. We all have that one account that has a lot of memories and games. With regards to an Xbox/Microsoft account inactivity, there is a period of inactivity before an account gets deleted.

May I ask when was the last time you were able to access your old Xbox account? If it has been 2 years and more, it might have been deleted or inactive now so all content will disappear. But what I can suggest is to still try this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

This is to look up your username or account that you might have used for this old Xbox account, if you were able to access it within the 2 year period then there is still a chance of recovering it.
