How could I have bought a consumable for Onigiri and cannot use it because it will not...

Well, I did attempted to buy the 100 Oni Coins from the Microsoft Store, but it was never added to the game. I think something happened with me for my Xbox Enforcement after I was hit with a communication suspension for 1 day over a week ago and I don't
know if that affected my profile for Onigiri? When I was com banned, I was unable to play that game until the ban expired. After that, I was able to play the game again, but I can no longer buy Oni Coins now.

If from the Microsoft store, you can
check your purchase history in your Microsoft account to see if the purchase was completed and the currency should be available to you. However, if the currency is not showing in-game, or you're having an issue with the in-game store (as you mentioned an
error) then it would be a good idea to go ahead and
contact Onigiri Support or
contact the game developer CyberStep directly so that they may look into the matter.

Well sometimes Ubisoft makes things consumable instead of a durable. I bought the Year 1 pass for Division 2 but my wife couldn't use it because it was marked a consumable. I know this a bit different but could be because of how Ubisoft marks the products.
Have you tried to remove and reinstall everything?
