    How could I connect a poly voyager 4320 headset to Xbox?


    How could I connect a poly voyager 4320 headset to Xbox? I would like to use it for twitch streaming. I saw it is not an option for Xbox One S to connect it via Bluetooth, but I have an USB dongle for it, that still doesn't seem to work with it. Could a solution be a jack to c type cable plugging in to the controller? There is only a C type connection on the headset.

    I've just been looking on Amazon at USB-c to 3.5mm jack cables and the ones that I saw didn't support microphone functions, only audio such as music etc

    It might be possible if you get a USB-c to 3.5mm port adapter and then a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable to connect that the the contoller...something like this:

    I couldn't say for sure though as I don't have the knowledge...however, it would be relatively inexpensive to buy an adapter like that and the 3.55mm to 3.55 cable to test

    Hello Zoltán, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your headset.

    I'm afraid that not all headsets are compatible with the Series X/S consoles. This is especially true for bluetooth connections I'm afraid. You could certainly try using a type-c to 3.5 mm jack adapter if you can find one but your sound may not be as good.

    One option I could suggest is if you have a good PC you can use OBS to stream to the PC and hopefully the audio will come out fine for you.
