How could I be Comm Banned for this??!!

welcome to Xbox, where even Microsoft provided avatars/pics can get you auto banned if reported by just one person.

Xbox is the most woke platform out there, you can literally be banned for anything and most of the time it is automated and usually 2 or 3 day bans so you cannot even submit a review case, support are not allowed to assist as it is beyond them.

I have seen people get banned for saying GG (good game) in a message to another, they reported it as it apparently made them feel unsafe and the other got banned.

My advice is, choose an extremely generic gamerpic (but even a solid colour red can get banned too) and disable all chat functions, don't message anyone and do not chat in game, only private parties with people you can trust.

If it's past your 3rd ban you possibly could have received a online ban along with the comm ban.

Could be a NAT type issue or a comm ban.
