How come xbox has these problems ever day were you can't talk in party chat

I can't even talk to my friends and play a simple game every single day it's like this I'll even restart the console yet nothing helps

Services experience issues from time to time. In Microsoft's Service Agreement, it says:

"b. We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result.
In the event of an outage, you may not be able to retrieve Your Content or Data that you’ve stored. We recommend that you regularly backup Your Content and Data that you store on the Services or store using Third-Party Apps and Services."

If you are experiencing issues daily, then it might be something on your end. I'd suggest following the steps others have already provided.

There was an issue with party chat today and people have been working on it.

A hard reset could help maybe.

Hold down the power button until the console shuts down.

Unplug the power brick for 5 min and plug it back in.

That might solve the problem
