    how come we can't just have a simple phone number to call?


    I get a email saying my 365 plan is about to expire...
    but I pay $20 a month for my plan.
    I try to use the contact option on my email. nothing happens.

    I google "what the number for xbox" -the reply is there is no number!

    I follow the steps on the website to contact someone, nothing happens.

    I try virtual agent, she wont put me throw to a person.

    I try to call me back option, it fails to open some virtual agent thing.... not sure why i need a virtual agent to get a call back...

    I try to other option, that doesn't work! between your virtual agent not working or loading. and when it DOES work it STILL doesn't connect me to anyone unless i sign in first, BUT WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT, THE LOG IN OPTION DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!

    So there is 5 options outside of just giving me a number to call, or letting me give you MY number to call back.

    AND NOT A SINGLE OPTION YOU OFFER ACTUALLY WORKS, GETS ME TO TALK TO SOMEONE, OR HELPS MY SITUATION ANY!!!!

    THANK MICROSOFT! APPRECIATE YOU CHARGING ME $130.oo SO I CAN GET A SECOND PLAN OVER TOP OF MY ALREADY EXSITING PLAN WITH NO WAY TO TALK TO ANYONE AND FIX IT!

    thank you for your kind reply but you have to understand on daily basis we received huge number of scam call on our number and without any reference id if xbox person call us back that how do we recognised that call comes from the right person. It was already
    happen with my banking system due to long que we request our bank for call back option in the mean while for banks call waiting i have to received 5 7 call unnecessary and one was one of them who claims they are from my bank ...we request microsoft to make
    the support simple. So that chances of scam will be less rather then increase our risk factor ....i hope we have to close this conversation...still i was on the same place that if i paid on the number [mod removed] Is the safe or not as i paid to them $19.99

    What issue do you have exactly, so we might try to find the proper channel to contact support.

    The reason they are closed for Corona is not that support comes in direct contact with the customer, but usually, support call centers are densely packed with phone agents, that can't keep a social distance due to how their phone desks are placed in the
    office.

    So to prevent call center agents from infecting each others, they closed the call center, even though these agents don't come in personal contact with customers.
