how come my reward points won't add in my account

Hi

I been running now 4 @ least 2 or 3 maybe 4 months give or take & I keep doing the reward point survey's & it

keeps asking me 2 update my info & I go & look @ it & nothing has changed since I Joined the rewards points in 2014.

Ty 4 ur Time & I hope I get 2 see my point add in & the account fixed 4 this part!

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for

It's disappointing to see such a big reduction in points rewarded, but it won't stop me working towards them.

i have the same issue , i added 25$ microsoft point card ( new one with currency not msp) and it does not show up and prompts me to add a credit card.. i also cannot see my Rewards from xbox live rewards as i know i just had 5000 points dumped into my account-
what i guess i am asking is how to locate your account funds and do you need a credit card attached to your account to be able to spend these points cards any ways?
