    I've been playing BO6 for a couple months and being game shared fine. Suddenly I've been told to purchase the game. Why is it?

    Are you having trouble running other games or is it just BO6?

    Have you identified whether the account that owns the game license can use it without problems?

    Also, keep in mind that you cannot use the Xbox Home feature if you are using an account that belongs to someone who does not live in your household.

    Hello Janet,

    I've checked with the person who's game sharing and they said they haven't changed anything and their account is definitely my home Xbox.

    The game on Xbox hasn't changed and is fine but it's just going onto BO6 via COD.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues, Just to clarify, are you using the game via the Home Xbox feature?

    If so, please verify that the other account is properly set up as Home Xbox and that the subscription is active (if the game was being used via Game Pass).

    Why does my BO6 tell me to purchase the game when it's still fine on my Xbox while game sharing and nothings changed?

    How come it would have been working before fine and nothing changed on my Xbox? Also the person im game sharing said it was announced that you can game share BO6. Cheers.
