How come I only see 15 digits of my digital code from my Xbox Rewards

how does amazon gives us redeem code? Through email or they will deliver it

In my experience it would actually say "digital code" in the title of the item being sold if its delivered digitally.

Here is an example:

Oh I was more then willing to give them a chance to fix it. I waited nearly a month. Instead of fixing it or offering up some sort or apology, they simply pour salt on the wound and offer up new buyers of the digital version a $15 reward. Not only is the
Halo brand dead to me, but the XBox brand is too. Oh well, Microsofts loss of my money is Sony, and Nintendo's gain. I'd EBay my Microsoft systems, but I have way too much cash invested in them and i'd never make it back on all my digital buys. In the future
I only buy used from them with the exception of my $30 rewards credit they owe me.

I've never heard of a 9 digit code. Only ever seen 25 digit codes. Where did the code come from? What store? Maybe the code is to be redeemed on the retailers website.
